Setup & website integration
Kitory provides website setup as a service. Start with your garments and your customer journey, then establish the artwork and integration work your website needs.
Three connected parts of the setup and customer experience.
Prepare your garment artwork, designs and the options you want customers to choose from.
Customers choose a design, adjust its available details and preview their choices on screen.
The quote workflow brings design choices and customer details together for supplier review.
What to bring
You do not need every technical answer before getting in touch. Share what you have so we can discuss what needs preparing.
How the implementation fits together
Kitory’s 2D preview uses SVG design files. SVG is an artwork format with separately identifiable elements, so a control can change a particular colour, show a detail or place an image. Each product can have front and back artwork, dimensions, shadow images and a set of predefined designs.
Artwork needs preparing and mapping to the intended controls. Share your existing files so the preparation required can be assessed; a finished photograph alone is not an editable kit design.
Products, designs, steps and fields determine what customers can change. Colour palettes, image options, text fields and uploads can be connected to the appropriate parts of the garment. The result should reflect what your business is prepared to supply.
The builder runs in a web browser. The existing integration approach loads hosted Kitory styles and scripts into a website page and connects them to the appropriate supplier configuration. Website addresses and allowed origins are configured for that setup.
A bespoke WordPress page template and route handling are available as an integration example. This requires website development and testing; it is not an off-the-shelf WordPress plugin.
Tell us if you use Shopify, WooCommerce or another platform. Compatibility and the required work must be checked before a commitment is made. A website embed does not itself provide cart synchronisation, payment collection or a full checkout integration.
Customers review their configured designs in a quote basket, then provide contact details and comments. Submitted quote records retain their design choices for supplier review. Email delivery is configured separately, and your business handles the next conversation about price, artwork and production.
Discuss who will supply and maintain artwork, who will update the product range and what support you need. The scope of setup and any ongoing support are agreed around your requirements.
