Kitory is operated by its individual owner. For privacy questions or requests about your information, email hello@kitory.co.

Supplier enquiries

The contact and early-access forms ask for your name, work email, company, optional website and message. We use these details to respond and discuss your requirements. Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing emails.

Enquiry details are sent to Kitory through Brevo, the configured email service, after spam checks. Cloudflare hosts the website and provides the Turnstile spam check when the form is enabled. These services process the information needed to deliver the request and protect the form, including technical request information.

Website analytics

When enabled, our Cloudflare analytics service records page views and basic demo and enquiry events, along with the page path and title, referring website and country. We use these counts to understand how the site is used. The analytics dataset does not store IP addresses, visitor identifiers, query strings, enquiry text or design contents. Cloudflare processes technical request information to deliver the service. Collection is skipped when your browser signals Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control.

Retention

Supplier enquiry details are kept for up to one year. Contact us if you would like to request earlier deletion. This period covers marketing website enquiries; terms for a supplier’s own customer and design records should be established with that supplier.

Builder information

The builder uses garment artwork, uploaded images and customisation choices to show a design. Its quote workflow collects customer details and comments with the selected designs. Quote records are stored for supplier review, and email notifications depend on the supplier configuration.

Browser storage is used to retain a quote basket and draft details. Admin access uses a session cookie. See our cookies and browser storage information for the mechanisms used.

Your choices

You can contact Kitory to ask about access, correction or deletion of information you have provided. For information submitted to a supplier through its own builder, contact that supplier. Avoid including sensitive personal information in a general enquiry.

You may also have rights to restrict processing, object to processing or receive a portable copy of your information, depending on the circumstances. You can raise a concern with the Information Commissioner’s Office.
