Kitory-ready SVG artwork requires less preparation. If you need Kitory to prepare garment files, front and back views, colour zones or configurable options, that work is quoted separately according to complexity.

Is there a setup fee?

Yes. Setup starts from £299 as a one-off cost, excluding applicable taxes. We confirm the scope and price before work begins, based on your website, branding, garment range and onboarding needs.

Do you charge transaction fees?

No. Kitory uses predictable monthly or annual plan pricing, with no charge per customer design or quote enquiry.

Can I change plans later?

The plans are designed so a business can begin with the complete Core workflow and discuss moving to Pro as it needs deeper reporting and workflow tools. Contact us to confirm the change and current feature availability.

Is hosting included?

Yes. Kitory is a hosted platform, so hosting and platform updates are included in the plan price. Your own website hosting remains separate.

Can Kitory match my brand?

The builder supports client-specific theme values and website integration. The exact styling scope is confirmed during setup. Removing Kitory branding is part of Pro.

What artwork do I need to supply?

Kitory uses prepared SVG garment artwork with identifiable areas for colour and option controls. If you already have Kitory-ready SVG files, less preparation should be needed.

Can you prepare my garment artwork?

Yes, this can be quoted separately. The cost depends on the files you supply, the garment complexity, the required views and the controls that need mapping.

Does Kitory integrate with my existing website?

Kitory can be connected to an existing website using its hosted builder assets and client configuration. We review your platform and domain before confirming the integration work. A bespoke WordPress integration exists; other platforms need to be assessed.

Does Kitory include online checkout?

Not currently. The verified customer journey is design, customise, submit a quote enquiry, then supplier follow-up. Direct pricing, cart and checkout integrations are not included in these plans.

What if I need something custom?

Talk to Kitory about an Enterprise engagement. Multiple brands, integrations, permissions, APIs and bespoke workflows can be explored and scoped against your requirements; they are not all standard, ready-made features.
